SimplifiedApps — Last updated: July 16, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, SimplifiedApps, our applications for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, and other sites we own and operate.

Our Applications

Our applications for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, including SimplifiedHealth, are designed to be private by default and to work entirely offline.

  • We do not collect any data through our apps. All information you enter — including health entries, mood scores, sleep records, notes, and medication details — is stored solely on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
  • No accounts, no cloud sync, no tracking. Our apps do not require registration, do not sync data to any server, and contain no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
  • On-device security. Where offered, app data can be protected with a PIN and Face ID / Touch ID, and sensitive content is encrypted on your device using Apple’s built-in encryption. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device’s operating system; we never receive or store biometric information.
  • Device permissions. Our apps may request access to features such as the microphone and speech recognition (for voice dictation), Face ID / Touch ID (for unlocking), and notifications (for reminders you set). These permissions are used only for the stated feature, are processed on your device, and can be revoked at any time in your device’s system settings.
  • Data deletion. Because your data exists only on your device, you can permanently delete it at any time by deleting the data within the app or removing the app from your device.
  • Purchases. Any purchase or download of our apps is processed by Apple through the App Store or Mac App Store under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment information.
  • Not medical advice. Our apps are personal record-keeping tools only and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Children. Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, as they collect no personal information at all.

The remainder of this policy describes information practices relating to our website and other online services.
